Account Activation Guide

Employee ID: This is the six digit number that was assigned when you first hired at Mercy Health Partners. If you do not know it, you can look on your Mercy Health Partners pay check advice, or you can ask your supervisor. It is the same number you use when recording your time worked for payroll.

2.

Name: Enter your name exactly as it appears on your Mercy Health Partners pay check. If your name appears as "William" on your pay check, then do not enter "Bill."

Note:
If you are unsuccessful in activating your account, your account might already be active. Go to the login in screen and try logging into your account using your email address and password. If you don't know your password, you may request it.
